Recipe

  1. Sift rice flour and urad dal flour in a bowl; add softened butter and season it with salt and schezwan masala.
  2. Cover the dough in a moist towel after kneading it.
  3. Fill the bottom cylinder with chakli dough. Slide in the top cylinder and start applying pressure while rotating your hand in a straight motion.
  4. Deep fry chakli till they are golden brown.
